Intern wanted

Energy Transition New York seeks a graduate-level intern for the spring semester to assist with research for its East Coast Electric program.

The ideal candidate will be available 2 days per week for a three month period and have a demonstrable interest in the cleantech sector, specifically the micro-grid. Previous experience within the sector is desirable.

The assignment is as follows:

  • Market analysis and research on the US cleantech sector with a focus on the east coast region, taking into account businesses, research organizations and government programs
  • Focus on the micro-grid, electric vehicles, energy storage, and the decentralized energy production niche sector.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skill set:

  • Business background (other backgrounds are acceptable if they add value to the organization and role)
  • Experience within the cleantech sector
